3rd floor: Master bedroom , master bathroom with Jacuzzi, another adult bedroom and bathroom. Children’s room with bunk beds

2nd floor: Dining room with sitting for 10. Living Room, free standing ice maker, complete kitchen, Sitting Room with Queen size Bed that serves as a bedroom, Bathroom, terrace with gas grill

1st floor: Living Room style area with Queen size Bed, adult bedroom and bath with Jacuzzi, laundry room and garage.

All floors have terraces in the front and back of the house. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs.

Our home has Netflix for your enjoyment. We just acquired a set of cruiser bicycles to ride during your stay. It’s great fun to ride bikes around Destin and it’s great for the environment. There’s a 10 mile bike path just outside our neighborhood.
