This year the community pool will be heated from March 8, 2024 – April 13th, 2024.
Trash cans to be placed in garage or on the side of the home away from view of the road. Leaving them in the driveway is not acceptable. Place outside on Monday and Thursday evenings.
No Beach Toys or bikes are to be stored in front of the home, this includes on balconies and porches. All bikes and toys must be inside the garage or on the side of the home out of sight from the road.
No rental golf carts, scooters, one wheeled boards, electric bikes and motorcycles allowed on property. Must be pushed outside the gate immediately.
No personal beach umbrellas. Guest and owners must use Sun Sand & Sea for all their beach needs. Please call them at 850-650-8988.
Weddings – The Board of Directors has made a decision to NOT allow weddings inside Destiny By The Sea.
Pet registration fee – each pet must be registered with the association. There is a $25.00 fee per pet per stay. If a pet is not registered, there is a $150 pet fine.
Parking Passes – Every house has a certain number of parking spaces. Each home will be given that amount of parking passes. If cars are parked over night without a pass, they will be towed at their expense.
Check-in time for ALL renters on Saturdays only: NOT BEFORE 2:30 p.m.
Wristbands this year will be worn from March 1st – October 31st. They are grey this year, and must be worn on the beach and at the community pool.
