Fall in love with Emerald Enchantment, a spacious home within the prestigious, gated, beachfront community of Destiny By The Sea. This pristine neighborhood features lush landscaping and is just 153 steps from the private beach access. Destiny by the Sea has something for the entire family, clubhouse, hot tubs AND a tropical pool. The gated community at Destiny By The Sea will provide peace of mind & an exclusive environment. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Destin on Scenic Highway 98 between Sandestin, (close to Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall, The Destin Commons), you are never too far from all there is to enjoy in Destin.

The first floor features a foyer connecting to 3 bedrooms, & 2 full baths. The first master bedroom has a King bed, Day-bed, large walk-in closet, TV, & DVD player. The private full bath has a tub, & shower. The large recreation room has 2 Queen beds, Sleeper-sofa, & Love-seat, along with a wet-bar, refrigerator, microwave, TV, & DVD player making it the perfect place for the family to congregate. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, Twin-bed, and tv. The recreation room and second bedroom share a full bath, with a large free-standing shower, & a double vanity.

On The second floor, you will find a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, plush leather furnishings, dining area with seating for 6, breakfast bar with seating for 4, laundry room, half bath, & gourmet kitchen. The living area has a Stereo, TV, VCR, DVD player. The TV features a loaded cable package to keep guests entertained on rainy days. The balcony overlooking the community pool has a seating area for 6 and a gas grill.

The third floor offers a luxurious master suite with a newly tiled floor with a King bed, a private sitting area with Queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player. The master bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub, large free-standing glass enclosed shower & a double vanity. Both the second, & third-floor balconies are furnished with tables, chairs, and lounge seating, & offer views of the Destiny by the sea heated pool as well as a small gulf view.

*Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April. Fireplaces will not be in working order from May to September.
