Located in the exclusive gated community of Destiny by the Sea, Gigglin’ Marlin is just steps away from the beach and offers sweeping beach views.
Guests to Gigglin’ Marlin are welcomed by a large sun deck with a private pool that can be heated at an additional charge. The patio has a large Viking Grill, wet bar, flat screen TV and seating. Just inside the French doors are a spacious living room with a stainless steel refrigerator, additional sink, flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The access doors to the pool are alarmed, so younger guests can’t slip outside unnoticed.
There are two sleeping rooms on the first floor. The king suite includes a private bathroom, which boasts a spa-worthy shower. The bunk room comfortably sleeps eight, with three double beds and two single bunks. All the double bed bunks are equipped with individual flat-screen TVs. There is a shared bathroom with a tub shower combination on the first floor as well.
On the second floor, visitors and guests enter an elegantly furnished, open living room. Although the room is outfitted with a large flat screen television, the real entertainment will come from the glorious views of the water from the spacious balcony. The huge formal dining room has seating for sixteen at two separate tables. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is the large island. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, two sinks, a large microwave, a double oven, and a warming drawer. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is equipped with beautiful glasses and dinnerware.
The second floor includes two bedrooms, mirroring the first floor set up of a queen suite to accommodate two guests and a bunk room to accommodate eight guests.
Heading up to the third-floor guests will enter a game room. The room is furnished with a pool table, Foosball table, card table, and an “old school” video arcade Golf game. Of course, there is comfortable seating and an expansive flat screen television. There is also a wet bar and fridge so your refreshments are nearby.
Guests of the third-floor king master suites will be treated to breathtaking views of Gulf from their private balcony. The private bathrooms are equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a separate water closet and a double sink and large vanity. The standalone shower has five individual rain heads. The queen suite also has a private bathroom with a luxurious standalone shower. All bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen televisions. Tucked away on the third floor is a large laundry room with a high capacity washer and dryer. An additional staircase leads you to the fourth-floor rooftop balcony, with dramatic views.
