February only is available at a premium, but Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
This incredible home in Destiny by the Sea is situated on a gracious corner lot approximately 250 feet from neighborhood beach access and 150 feet from the neighborhood pool and gated neighborhood entrance. On the first floor is an enclosed garage as well as a guest bedroom with a private bath. Just beyond its two-sided shower is a side entry to the home for convenient clean up after a day at the beach. A gas fireplace welcomes you to the principal living areas located on the second floor. The long island breakfast bar in the kitchen invites conversation with the cook. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range, vent hood, refrigerator and dishwasher, which are complemented by overhead cabinets with glass fronts. Further up the stairs on the third floor, there are two more bedrooms: one master bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Climb a little further up the stairs to enjoy the crown of this beautiful home. Relax on its rooftop deck and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite adult beverage as the sun dips into the horizon. Rooftop Retreat enables you to kick aside all worries and really engulf yourself into the beauty of the Emerald Coast.

Destiny by the Sea is a gated Gulf-front neighborhood of luxurious vacation rental homes. Two boardwalks provide easy beach access for all of the properties in this upscale Destin neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include beautifully landscaped grounds, a clubhouse, and a heated swimming pool and hot tub. Destiny by the Sea is convenient to many area attractions. It’s within walking distance of restaurants such as The Crab Trap and Captain Dave’s on the Gulf. Silver Sands Factory Stores, the nation’s largest designer outlet center, is also nearby.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails – perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby, too.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe’s), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
Wonderful location, exactly as described!
We had a wonderful stay. The home provided plenty of space. I was nervous about reading reviews about the roof but other than it was hot (haha) we had no complaints. The roof was just as described. The house was as well. The location can’t be beat. We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and the short walk to the beach was a lifesaver. We loved that it was gated. It was quiet and he boys enjoyed time at the pool. We simply cannot complain!
