Destiny by the Sea Home Close to Beach and Pool!

Son Kissed, in the privately gated community of Destiny by the Sea, is located just steps from the community pool and beach access. The private residence sleeps ten and is perfect for family vacations and getaways with friends. The two king suites, the third-floor master suite, and the extensive bunk room all boast flat screen TVs, DVD players, and access to either a private or a shared bath.

The first floor is comprised of two king suites, the bunk room, and two full baths. The first king suite has a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, private patio access, and a private bath with a garden tub. The second king suite also has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and shares a full bath with the hallway. The bunk room sleeps four on two sets of twin bunks and includes such features as a flat-screen TV. The shared bath on the first floor is easily accessible from the spacious bunk room.

The second floor houses the open living area, state-of-the-art kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath. Breathtaking views of the Gulf and surrounding community are available from the living area and the private porch. The formal dining area seats ten, with additional seating available at two separate breakfast tables (seating six total). The living room boasts a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, a fireplace, and seating for six on plush leather couches. In the kitchen, guests will find a professional gas range, stainless steel appliances including an ice maker and a large pantry. The private porch off the second-floor living area captures the pure beauty of Destiny by the Sea and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private porch contains outdoor seating and the grill. The second floor of the property also houses the laundry room and a half bath just off the kitchen.

The entire third floor of the property is dedicated to the master suite. The master suite boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a fireplace, a private balcony, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath. The master bath houses a garden tub, dual vanities, and a private water closet. Perhaps the most expansive views of the area can be taken in from the balcony off of the master suite. The balcony has two tables for al fresco dining or evening wine, chaise lounges, and a view worthy of any travel magazine.

*Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April. Fireplaces will not be in working order from May to September.
