Maison du Soleil has recently undergone a near million dollar renovation and redesign and now combines state-of-the-art technology with sleek, sophisticated contemporary style.

Flawlessly maintained and designed for full relaxation, this elegant villa caters to your every need. Take the full speed all access elevator to the living room and master retreat which each feature floor-to-ceiling glass showcasing the villa’s impressive oceanfront views. The spacious and well-appointed rooms are superbly decorated with new designer furnishings in a stylish palette of elegant neutrals. Enjoy creating fine cuisine in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, which features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. Entertain in the separate and impressively sized dining area with soaring ceilings and relax on the wrap-around deck which provides unobstructed oceanfront views.

Maison du Soleil now features a newly renovated covered beach level outdoor living space and is known for having the only one of its scale and function on a beach level location. This outdoor living space features:

An outdoor covered shower and foot spray has been added adjacent to the direct access beach walkway for added convenience.

The SONOS wireless sound system is available on all four levels of the residence and can be controlled by each guest by using their personal smartphone, iPad or tablet, or by using the iPad Mini that is supplied by the homeowner. The SONOS wireless sound system may be synchronized throughout the home, or guests have the choice to enjoy customized sound from any source on each level. The renowned LUTRON automatic lighting has been installed throughout and offers guests the ability to change the ambiance of a single room or the entire home with the simple touch of a button.

Shopping: Destin Commons – Fresh Market, Starbucks, Panera, and a theater are all within a couple of miles.

Maison du Soleil is quickly becoming a premier wedding venue. We recommend that wedding ceremonies be scheduled after 5:30 PM due to beach service clearing chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 PM. Check with owner regarding number of guests allowed on the property at one time and a $600 wedding/event fee is required. However, as we are a private beach you do not have to pay for a license to marry on the beach. Parking is available within the community until 10:00 PM for guests, or they may park next door and walk to the residence through the nearby side gate. The Destiny By The Sea HOA has a separate contract to be signed and submitted for beach weddings, which will be an additional attachment to the contract. The HOA regulations state that no sound systems or PA’s are permitted and no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

GUEST ROOM/BUNK ROOM: Two sets of bunk beds (SLEEPS TOTAL OF 6)

Two Full-Size Beds on Bottom Bunk with mattress pads for added comfort (Sleeps 4) and Twin Beds on top (Sleeps 2) . This room is probably most comfortable for youth. However, adults have slept well on full-size bottom bunks.

Indoor Beach Lounge Area: sectional sofa and flat screen TV

Outdoor Living Area: teakwood and white cushioned furniture, cocktail and end tables, large sink, refrigerator, 48-inch outdoor built-in gas grill and outdoor shower.

Queen sized bed (SLEEPS 2), American Leather convertible Twin Bed/Pull Out Chair (Sleeps 1). Two walk-in closets, wall mounted flat screen TV, and full bathroom that features a tub, shower and dual sinks
