The expansive kitchen is complete with a breakfast nook with seating for four, as well as a dining room that comfortably accommodates six guests and connects to the Gulf-view balcony. This luxurious Tuscan-style vacation home is only 86 steps from the beach access and a short two-minute walk to the community pool. SLEEPS 15.

The ground-floor patio offers a tranquil setting and glimpses of the emerald waters of the Gulf. Two separate bedrooms open to the patio area. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and two twin beds, while the other has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the first level.

The second-floor living area features a fireplace and spacious Gulf-front balcony, perfect for sunset cocktails or grilling surf-and-turf.

The second-floor suite is furnished with a queen-size bed, as well as a cherry twin-over-twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. The en-suite bathroom is shared by a full bedroom.

The master suite encompasses the entire third floor, and is a private oasis. The king-size bedroom features a private Gulf-view balcony, en-suite kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, sink and microwave, gas fireplace, two large closets and a private bathroom with a sauna shower.

Casa Divina is located in Destiny By The Sea, a gated, beachfront Destin community, centrally located near a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues from Destin to Sandestin.
