First Floor

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and the living area looks out onto the patio. The landscaped back patio offers plenty of seating and a private gas grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining. A Guest bedroom with two sets of Twin over Full bunkbeds and a connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower are located on this floor. The living area couch converts to a Queen sleeper sofa.

Second Floor

The second floor includes the main living area featuring comfortable furniture and gas fireplace. One of the home’s Gulf-facing balconies is accessible from the living area and is perfectly furnished for entertaining or simply relaxing together and enjoying the beautiful Destin atmosphere.

The kitchen is located on this level and includes high-end appliances and custom cabinets. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the cookware and dishware you would need to enjoy your family’s favorite meals together while on vacation. A breakfast table in the kitchen area offers seating for four and there are two additional seats at the kitchen bar. The dining area has seating for 10 at the table. There is a half bathroom located on this floor. Both of the couches in the living area convert to Queen sleeper sofas to help accommodate larger groups traveling together.

Third Floor

The Master bedroom offers a King bed and a private balcony to enjoy fabulous views! Located in the Master bedroom is a cozy nook with a coffee maker and mini refrigerator. The Master bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Two guest bedrooms are located on this floor, each offer a King bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
