First Floor
The open-concept living area contains plush seating around a gas fireplace and a mounted flat-screen TV. The large windows in the living area offer limited views of the community’s private beach. The dining area has seating for 8 and there is additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a standalone icemaker. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you would need to create your family’s favorite meals. The 1st Master suite is located on this floor and is beautifully furnished with a King bed and flat-screen TV. The Master bathroom holds a large garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
Located just off the side of the house is a private gas grill and outdoor shower. Also located on the first floor are a half-bathroom and a stack-able washer and dryer. Both of the couches in the living area convert to a Queen bed and a Full bed to accommodate larger groups.
Second Floor
The 2nd Master suite is located on this floor and offers limited views of the Gulf. The large Master suite features a King bed, large flat-screen TV, and access to the 2nd floor balcony. The Master bathroom holds a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. There is a Guest bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional Guest bedroom with two sets of Twin bunkbeds on this floor. Both bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs and have views overlooking the scenic beach highway. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity sits just steps away from both Guest bedrooms.
Third Floor
Just up the steps to the 3rd floor is a wet bar and covered patio area with limited Gulf-views. The covered patio has two tables and offers seating for 6.
