*SNOWBIRD / 55+ RENTAL* Snowbird Season is November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $3500 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. The Fun Pass is not available on monthly rentals.

This fully remodeled home in Destiny by the Sea has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. It features a gourmet kitchen with black stainless appliances, smooth quartz counter tops, a dining table for 8 plus extra seating at the bar. There’s also a full dining table on the outdoor, shaded terrace! And just inside, you’ll find an additional full-size refrigerator for extra food & drink storage. The bedrooms include a 3rd floor king master suite with a spacious sitting area and private balcony. Additionally, there’s a queen bedroom, a bunk room w/ 2 sets of twin bunks plus twin trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax with a drink in your hand at the community pool & lounge area, or take a short stroll to the beach – you’ll have the best of both worlds here!
Destiny by the Sea is a gated Gulf-front neighborhood of luxurious vacation rental homes. Two boardwalks provide easy beach access for all of the properties in this upscale Destin neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include beautifully landscaped grounds, a clubhouse, and a heated swimming pool and hot tub. Destiny by the Sea is convenient to many area attractions. It’s within walking distance of restaurants such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe’s. Silver Sands Factory Stores, the nation’s largest designer outlet center, is also nearby.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails – perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also close by.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe’s), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
