Do you want to be first row of chairs on the beach everyday, without waking a dawn to secure a spot? Look no further, Silver Ocean Manor is located in Destin’s most prestigious gated community, Destiny by the Sea. DBTS boast a private beach, community pool and jacuzzi.
Silver Ocean Manor is a 3,500 sq ft home with three floors, 5 bedrooms (2 master suites), and 5 full baths.
The second floor(kitchen, dinning, living, bar, full bath, laundry, balcony) is an open floor perfect for families to gather. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances where a novice or chef can whip up magic. To catch a view of Destin’s beautiful pink sunrise or bold sunsets step out on the second floor balcony off the living room.
We like to call the third floor the “parent’s floor”, with two King Master suites including jetted bathtubs, it is a perfect place for parents to relax after chasing kids on our white sandy beaches. This makes Silver Ocean Manor ideal for two families traveling together.
The first floor has one queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bunk room and queen bedroom with Jack & Jill shared bathroom. This home is personally managed by the owners who reside 10 minutes away and will be your point of contact from booking on. We have provided small elements to make this home your home away from home, with beach chairs, wagon, toys, books, board games and personal décor.
Our linens are maintained, using free and clear detergent, in the home rather than an outside source. The home is free of carpeting and has minimal rugs to decrease allergens. At the end of the day the on demand water heaters will provide hot water for all five bathrooms at the same time. A central vacuum system is also throughout the home for sandy toes.
