Truly a modern home, one of the most future-looking of all the homes in this elite Destin neighborhood in fact, White Pearl boasts a calming palette of soft grey and white throughout accented by “what do you see?” abstract art. It’s cool tile and concrete floors, candescent light fixtures and sheer ‘openness’ combined with textiles of wool carpets, leather dining chairs and knit couches creates a beautiful balance. Yes, even the kitchen is gourmet but not gaudy featuring Kitchen Aid’s gas range, ice maker, oversize refrigerator and all the appliances you’ll need for your Destin vacation on the beach.
While White Pearl is a perfectionist’s paradise, it is not a museum- this is a place to live with all the comforts of home. The first floor has access to a clean garage ideal for storing bikes and beach floats, a laundry room and an elevator; each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and unique décor plus the master suite has an outstanding free-standing bathtub and separate shower with iridescent tile work. Moreover, the dedicated gathering area on the second floor is just great for entertaining with its double sectionals and balconies… one of which has a grill and seating for fourteen (add a sunset and cocktails for an instant soiree).
Another facet of this gleaming beauty? A location in Destiny by the Sea guarantees unimpeded and dedicated beach access with no crowds. Additionally, Destiny by the Sea has a tropical pool deck, gated access and an excellent location nearby beachfront restaurants, shops and golf courses.

June 2019 Stay
Great house especially since it is a new construction. Everything was very nice and clean. We had issues for several days with cable TV and internet service but management worked diligently to get it taken care of. The house has a lot of new technology and management would probably be wise to write instructions on some of the specific functions of the house. We had a great time and look forward to coming back and staying in the same place next year.
