This first floor has its own living area, kitchenette, and two guest suites. The living area includes a flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, mini-fridge, cabinet storage with dishware, and counter space. The first guest suite includes a queen bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single sink-top, and walk-in closet. The second guest suite has two sets of twin bunkbeds (four twin beds total), a flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination, single sink-top, and walk-in closet.

Second floor

The second floor features the main living, dining, and kitchen areas in an open concept that makes it easy and comfortable for everyone to spend time together. The living area includes a flat screen TV, fireplace, and access to the main balcony. The balcony overlooks the community pool and the exquisite homes of Destiny-by-the-Sea. It has a gas grill, round table, and extra chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, an abundance of granite countertop space, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to create and enjoy your family’s favorite meals. The dining area is inviting and seats up to 8, with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. A half bathroom and laundry room are also located nearby.

The second floor also includes one guest suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a large walk-in shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet.

The third-floor features two master suites and a small wet bar in the hall area.
