Third Floor

The large Master bedroom sits on the third floor of the home. The Master bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and an additional office area with a wet bar. The connecting Master bathroom holds a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The Master bedroom has private access to the third floor balcony, allowing for partial Gulf views. An additional Guest bedroom with attached full bathroom sits on this floor and contains a Queen bed.

Second Floor

The main living space sits on the second floor and features a large open living area, gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for 6 and an additional 6 seats available at the breakfast bar. The large gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double oven, and gas range-top. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware your family will need to create memorable meals together. The main living space connects to a large Gulf facing balcony with a private gas grill and offers partial Gulf views.
