The First Floor Consists Of 2 bedrooms, one very large with King bed, and Queen over Queen bunks with Private Ensuite Bathroom. The second level also has a king bed and private bath and direct access to the private pool

Third Floor You’ll Find The Amazing Master Suite with Custom King Bed, and custom bath, As Well As The 4th Bedroom with custom bunks, full on the bottom, twin on top, and also a twin pull out underneath.
The house was well furnished.
We had a very good time at the short walk to the beach. The Manager was easy to talk to with several problems. On the negative side the freezer had a block of ice in bottom and leaked water during our stay. The microwave did not work and after reporting it we decided to purchase a small unit at Walmart. When we left the microwave had not been replaced. The light in the pool did not work and made swimming at night not as enjoyable. Several lights had blown bulbs including the outside light at pool. We replaced them ourselves. The toilet seat in downstairs bath was broke and the lavatory faucet upstairs leaks around both cutoff valves. I think these items should be reported by the cleaning staff and manager should be inspecting after each moveout.
Other that that we had a great vacation. At what these house cost for a week rent I expect better.
Not a clean house
This home was not clean. Beds had sand in sheets and one bunk bed had sheets with a urine stain. The sheets were obviously not changed prior to our visit. The sliding doors stuck and were difficult to open and close. Multiple light bulbs were out and/or missing. A toilet flapper was broken and downstairs bathroom tub didn’t drain water out during shower. There were not enough washcloths left at the house. All around general uncleanliness. Overall, this home needs work and for the price we expected more. I would never recommend this property.
