Beach Blessing –
Beach Blessing is a five bedroom, five bathroom vacation home located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Destin; Destiny by the Sea. You can enjoy the lovely community pool and easy beach access this location has to offer. Destiny by the Sea offers spectacular amenities for guests to enjoy as well. You will have access to Destiny’s club house with a pool and hot tub along with two beach accesses.
The living area features high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. They have a couch and two arm chairs that are facing the large flat screen TV. The formal dining room has a large table that is beneath a vintage styled chandelier. The kitchen is large and open. It has an eat in granite topped bar. It also features stainless steel appliances.
This home features two Master Bedroom Suites which include private luxury bathrooms. Both Master Suites offer King Size beds. The other two bedrooms also offer King Size beds. There is also a bunk room that is perfect for any children in the party. The first floor level also includes a game room neat the pool with a wet bar and granite topped sink. The game room features a pool table which is perfect for you and your guests to shoot a game of pool.
First Floor: King Bedroom with a Private Bathroom, Two Twin Bunkroom, Full Hall Bathroom, Laundry Room.
Second Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Half Bathroom, King Bedroom with a Private Bathroom, Laundry Room.

To be honest this place is an absolute disaster! We arrived for our family vacation the elevator is turned off my elderly in-laws both fell down the stairs while we were there! The pool filter ration system is currently not working! I stayed with my wife and my seven-month-old baby in the master suite on the third floor to watch the first night when I laid my baby down on the floor to play I found pills on the floor from previous people staying there!I had to buy my own Clorox spray to clean the shower with, and the shade leading out to the patio on the third floor was completely ripped off which I had to Jerry rig to cover the large 8 foot window in the door to keep the sun out in the morning! Not to mention the solo cup I found behind the nightstand as well as other various cleaning up cleanliness issues just in the upstairs master bedroom! Cleanliness was also a complaint in almost all the other bedrooms and the main living area on the second floor! The cooktop was broken which I knew will say the management company came and replaced quickly! Back to the third-floor the refrigerator in the wet bar area to keep Driscol on third floor from the third-floor guests was inoperative! While walking on the second floor main area with bare feet my feet were black within moments suggesting to come in this there was not up to par either! The house appears to be in overall disrepair with out the owner really care and can do much about it! I could complain more but if this is not enough for you not to spend $10,000 to stay here for a week and you should probably reevaluate with how you spend your money!
Total disappointment and doesn’t reflect expectations of the gated community
My family loves the Destiny By The Sea community and has rented many homes over the past ten years. Beach blessings looks incredible on the website and fit our needs. This house was a HUGE disappointment and doesn’t reflect the amount of money we paid or the standard that rental homes in this gated community reflect. The stove top had a huge crack which only allowed us to use one eye. As far as kitchen utensils, a house that sleeps 11 should have more than 8 forks, knives, spoons, 4 coffee cups and the coffee pot didn’t work. The furniture in living room had tears , stains, and buttons missing out of the cushions, closet doors were off In the bedrooms and placed inside the closets but the biggest disappointment came with all the leaks and water stains on the third floor ceilings. In addition the leaks were worse on the patio where most families would spend a lot of time visiting and eating meals. The water was coming thru the light fixtures and it just had a rusty stained appearance. Total disappointment. I strongly recommend Destiny By The Sea but not Beach Blessings. Photos are available.
HORRIBLE!!!!!
This house is a total dump! The pictures do not do justice to the actual state of this house. We do a family trip every year and this is a large expense. We came in to the house and there was rust running down the house on several sides. When we got in the house closet doors were off, shower doors didn’t open, towel bars were off and sitting on sink or back of toilet. Elevator didn’t work which is fine so we walked to second floor to find couches with tears and cushions ripped. Then we walked in the kitchen to find pretty much all appliances didnt’t work. The microwave didn’t work so there was a tiny microwave sitting on the counter, the stove top was shattered and we were only able to use one eye, oven wouldn’t turn on and just said eRR (Error I’m assuming), coffee pot didn’t brew, not to mention there were 4 spoons, several forks and knifes (the house is supposed to sleep 12), 4 coffee cups, and hardly any utensils to prepare food. There are large water stains on the ceiling through out the house where water has leaked in on all 3 floors! We typically eat all our meals out on the porch and there was so much water running through the can lights that the porch was completely unusable! We catered food in one night and we were not even able to heat the food up. When we called and complained they told us they had appliances on order but waiting for approval. We explained our displeasure very politely in which after many many calls they decided to give us $285.00 back which didn’t even cover half the catering we couldn’t heat up! Super disappointed in the house and Ocean Reef rental company!! I wouldn’t let anyone stay here!!! I would love to share pictures but conveniently there is no where to upload them.
